The highlight of my week was definitely the in-person session at Mudwtr. It really reinforced how much the instructors confidence, environment, music, and community energy contribute to the overall impact of breathwork.
I loved learning about how frequencies influence different types of physical healing and I’m excited to explore ways to combine sound and breath in my practice.
My favorite breathwork technique this week was WePurge. It’s intense, but I feel an immediate surge of energy and clarity afterward. I’ve found that I prefer keeping my hands straight in front of me rather than raising them above my head.
