I much preferred the sheetali breathing! It felt a little silly sticking my tongue out at first, but I immediately felt the cooling sensation throughout my upper body and it started to calm my nerves within a couple of rounds. Looking forward to working more with this technique.

The hissing breath was more challenging for me. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m dealing with sinus congestion at the moment. Going to keep working on this one because I could use the respiratory support!

Welcome & Introductions

Hi everyone,

I’m so thrilled to connect with you all!

This space is for you to introduce yourself and share a bit about why you decided to join this Breathwork training - Share in the comments below. We’ll be meeting live online this Sunday, but I’ve found it’s always lovely to start building connections by sharing something about ourselves. No pressure—just an open invitation to begin fostering community here.

Looking forward to our journey together- See you Sunday!

Hiiii beautiful breathers! So thrilled to be here 💜 I’m Sera (pronounced Seh-ra with a rolled ‘r’ if possible ☺️) I’m a Russian-trained actress (in Uzbekistan), international performer of stage & screen & certified dream awake EFT Tapping practitioner as well as cert. reiki practitioner (levels I & II — but always looking to deepen my practice ✨). I’ve been looking for an aligned breathwork training program for foreverrrrrr & when I synchronously stumbled upon Natasha’s IG story via mud\wtr:gather I just KNEW I had to sign up !! Gut instinct 🤩 I’m so excited to not only deepen my toolkit for my clients & community… but also learning breathwork as an actress & with Tapping, I’m sooooo excited to dig into even more evolved layers & resources into the art & science of breathing, for craft, consciousness & creative expansion!! 💖
