Our founder, Natasha Baillères, developed four unique techniques inspired by diverse breathwork practices. In comparison to Holotropic sessions, these experiences have been described as “out-of-body exploration journeys” and “powerfully healing without 3 hours of screaming; I had space to process”. Incorporation of Usui Reiki facilitation assists with moving energy through the body, creating a space for deep transformation.
