Hi there,  I'm Natasha. If you haven't picked this up already, I am a HUGE Lover of the breath. Breath guides everything I do: traveling, connecting with friends over pickleball, leading conscious expansion journeys, yoga, doga (yes, breath + yoga with your pup @webreathewithcooper!), and ceremonies that deepen our connection to source. After losing my brother in 2019, breath became my lifeline; it helped me navigate grief and heal in ways I never imagined. Sharing this transformative practice with others became my mission, and I’m so honored to be part of your breath journey.
