The Science Behind Breathwork

Research shows that breathwork can significantly boost levels of neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which are linked to happiness and well-being. Additionally, it helps lower cortisol, the stress hormone, creating a calmer and more balanced state of mind.
