I much preferred the sheetali breathing! It felt a little silly sticking my tongue out at first, but I immediately felt the cooling sensation throughout my upper body and it started to calm my nerves within a couple of rounds. Looking forward to working more with this technique.

The hissing breath was more challenging for me. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m dealing with sinus congestion at the moment. Going to keep working on this one because I could use the respiratory support!

Love this, Sierra! I agree with you; I also preferred the Sheetali cooling breath (over the Sheetkari). I felt cooling properties with both, but I loved making the tongue motion and appreciated the calming effects (especially during the intensities of this time).

With the Sheetkari, I'm curious how to integrate it into a more theatrical or emotional exploration or practice, as it makes me conjure certain primal movements/feelings/textures! But I love the variety and learning different types of Pranayama, for my own personal practice but also to share.

The WeBreathe is my favourite and one I'm very keen to keep practicing. Natasha, thank you for noting PROGRESS not PERFECTION! :) Also, I love doing your morning meditation Breathwork practice -- such a beautiful and grounded way to start the day!
