A peek inside Conscious Expansion Breathwork®
What a weBreathe session feels like
We start by settling the nervous system with foundational weBreathe techniques. From there, many group journeys move into our signature Conscious Expansion Breathwork® patterns, layered with sound frequency headsets and optional Reiki. Sessions close with integration so what opens in the breath has somewhere to land.
Clients have described these journeys as "out of body" and "years of healing in a flash." One compared the work to Holotropic-style sessions as "powerfully healing without 3 hours of screaming; I had space to process."

Ways to breathe with us in Austin
Full Moon Ceremony
A roughly two-hour ceremonial experience with cacao, Conscious Expansion Breathwork®, sound headsets, Reiki, a sound bath, and optional oracle cards. Location is shared with ticket holders (often partner spaces such as Casa de Luz or Gevity). See the next date on our Full Moon page.
Community breathwork experiences
Public Conscious Expansion sessions when listed under Upcoming In Person Events on the home page. Capacity is intentionally small so the room stays intimate.
Private 1:1 sessions
Book a private session with Natasha to work with habits, grief, stress, and the parts of you that stay "on" after the workday. Sessions can include Conscious Expansion Breathwork®, energy healing, and psychological integration tools.
Corporate and team experiences
Bring weBreathe to your team, retreat, or brand activation in Austin. Sessions for up to 20 or 30 guests are listed on the corporate page. Email [email protected] for custom groups.
Facilitator training (hybrid, Austin intensive)
Our 8-week Breathwork Facilitator Training includes weekly online Sundays and one in-person weekend intensive in Austin. The 2026 cohort is postponed; the waitlist is open on the facilitator training page.

Where we meet in Austin
weBreathe is a service-area practice, not a single storefront. We partner with Austin spaces so you get a beautiful room without us locking you into one address.
Partner venues we have used publicly include:
- Casa de Luz Village, 1701 Toomey Rd, Austin, TX 78704
- Gevity, 104 E Highland Mall Blvd Ste 125, Austin, TX 78752
Exact room and arrival details go out with your ticket or booking confirmation. If a listing says "location released week of event," that is intentional for privacy and capacity, and we still name the venue as soon as tickets need a public address for Google and calendars.

FAQ
Is this for beginners?
Yes. Come curious. We guide every technique and offer gentler options when a pattern is not a fit.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
No. Some practices are not a fit during pregnancy or with certain health conditions. We share screening notes before deeper work, and you should check with your doctor if you have a condition affected by breathing changes. Breathwork is a wellbeing practice, not medical or mental health care.
Do I need to bring anything?
Usually a yoga mat, water, and a journal. Wear layers. Headsets and eye masks are typically provided for Conscious Expansion sessions. Check your event page for the list that night.
Where exactly is the studio?
There is no single weBreathe storefront. We meet at partner venues in Austin and share the address with ticket holders. That keeps the room intimate and lets us choose the right space for each gathering.
Can I train to facilitate?
Yes. Start with the online Toolkit anytime. For leading Conscious Expansion groups, join the facilitator waitlist. Every weBreathe facilitator who leads altered-state work is CPR certified and trained in psychological integration.
