Conscious Expansion Full Moon Ceremonies

 weBreathe under the Full Moon

Full Moon Conscious Expansion Breathwork Ceremony (2 hours)

Location sent via email after purchase

This two-hour ceremonial experience is designed to help you release, realign, and reconnect under the illumination of the Full Moon. Each session slightly differs based on the energy of the full moon that month.

We begin with ceremonial-grade cacao sourced from Guatemala to gently open the heart and deepen intention. Cacao has been used for centuries as a heart-opening plant medicine, supporting emotional clarity, connection, and presence as we set intentions aligned with the lunar cycle.

From there, we move into guided breathwork to open and clear energetic centers in the body. Using foundational weBreathe techniques, we regulate the nervous system and create safety before transitioning into our signature Conscious Expansion Breathwork journey. One which clients have called "Out of Body" & "Years of healing in a flash".

With our immersive weBreathe silent headsets, you’ll be guided through layered sound frequencies and curated music designed to support altered states of awareness, emotional release, and expanded insight. Reiki energy healing is woven throughout to support energetic alignment and integration.

We close with a restorative sound bath to anchor the experience, allowing the nervous system to recalibrate and the body to integrate. This final phase supports deep rewiring, healing, and embodiment of what was revealed during the journey.

Come ready to release what no longer serves and step forward with clarity, openness, and renewed self-trust.

Oracle cards will be available for those who feel called to receive additional guidance.

MEET YOUR GUIDE:

Natasha Baillères, M.A., M.Ed., embodies a lifelong commitment to learning and transformation, finding joy in laughter, movement, travel, and holistic healing practices.

Before fully devoting herself to breathwork, she worked in fast-paced environments including the NFL and Snapchat while earning her MA's in psychology. During this time, she became deeply curious about identity, both in supporting athletes navigating post-career transitions and high-pressure moments, and in addressing her own experience with burnout.

Inspired by her travels, leaders in psychology and consciousness studies such as Dr. Ruth Rosenbaum, Dr. Dan Tomasulo, Dr. Lisa Miller, Dr. Judith Miller, Dr. Stanislav Grof, Terri Blair, and Dr. Joe Dispenza, Natasha pursued a second master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Columbia University’s with emphasis on Spirit Mind Body while working and earning multiple yoga certifications for her own growth.

During her first year, she endured the loss of her brother and best friend, experiencing what clinicians call "complicated grief"; what she personally calls heartbreak. While undergoing IFS therapy incorporating the breathing practices she had been studying, she began to rediscover her light, igniting her to research more. Synthesizing Eastern and Western philosophies, Natasha developed the weBreathe Breathwork Method and Conscious Expansion Breathwork, aimed at enhancing neurotransmitter levels, self-control, releasing blocks, and fostering holistic wellness. In her 1-1 & group experiences, expect additional esoteric tools like energy healing, sound and spiritual/psychological tools for deeper integration.
