Close the Laptop: A Free 10-Minute Breath Reset
For the end of a long workday. Guided by me, Natasha Baillères, M.A., M.Ed., founder of weBreathe.
I spent years in the hustle of the NFL and Snap, so I know how it goes. You log off and then keep working in your head all night. I made this short practice for exactly that moment. Press play, close the laptop, and breathe with me.
What you'll get:
- A 10-minute guided audio with me, gentle enough for any day
- A slow-exhale breath and a soft hum, with no breath holds and no fast breathing
- A simple way to set the workday down so your evening can start
- A few emails from me with the why behind the breath (unsubscribe anytime)
By signing up you'll get the free practice and occasional emails from weBreathe, including about my online Breathwork Toolkit. Unsubscribe anytime.
About me
I'm Natasha. I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia and an M.Ed. in Psychology from Pepperdine, and I teach breathwork for self-control and emotion regulation to yoga teachers, coaches, therapists and anyone curious. Science-backed and spirit-led.
This practice is gentle and uses no breath holds or fast breathing. Even so, please skip breathwork, or check with your doctor first, if you're pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, a history of fainting, or any condition affected by breathing changes. Breathe at your own pace. If you feel dizzy, lightheaded or uncomfortable at any point, stop and go back to your normal breath. Don't listen while driving. This is a wellbeing practice, not medical or mental health care.
