The Strawberry Moon, a name given to the full moon in June by certain Native American tribes, is often associated with abundance, harvest, and the ripening of fruits. Symbolically, it represents the culmination of effort, hard work, and the rewards of summer's bounty. Spiritual practices often involve reflecting on the past, setting intentions for the future, and connecting with nature during this time.

In our conscious expansion breathwork experiences, we incorporate weRelease (2-1 Conscious Expansion Breathing technique) assisting those who feel called to connect with a heightened state of consciousness. You will learn all four breathing techniques, assisting you to relax, release and enter what clients have shared "feels like years of healing in a flash." Supported by Reiki and Sound Htz, your breathwork experience will last approximately 1 hour followed by integration altered to your interpretation of your experience.
