Hi there,  I'm Natasha. If you haven't picked this up already, I am a HUGE Lover of the breath. Breath guides everything I do. In time you'll realize it's been subconciously guiding everything you do too. Together, we'll take back control for optimal wellbeing. After losing my brother in 2019, conscious breath became my lifeline; it helped me navigate grief and heal in ways I never imagined. Sharing this transformative practice with others became my mission, and I’m so honored to be part of your breath journey.
