About me
I'm Natasha Baillères, M.A., M.Ed., founder of weBreathe and creator of the Conscious Expansion Breathwork Method®. I studied clinical psychology at Columbia and psychology at Pepperdine, and I've led breathwork at Soho House Austin, Gevity and Haus of B Pilates. Breath, alongside IFS therapy, carried me through losing my brother, and it led me to create Conscious Expansion Breathwork®. This kit is where I'd start you.
"I gained tremendous insight, enlightenment, and tools to take with me where ever I am now."
— Sydney Fox, California
A quick note on safety: please skip breathwork, or check with your doctor first, if you're pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, a history of fainting, or any condition affected by breathing changes. If you feel dizzy, lightheaded or uncomfortable at any point, stop and return to normal breathing. Don't practice while driving. This is a wellbeing practice, not medical or mental health care.
