WeRelease solo vs. in a group

I have practiced the werelease breath by myself a few times now. I have felt some tingling and some of the physical effects of the technique, but nothing remotely close to the strength and intensity of the physical and mental effects I feel when practicing in a group. I have some theories for why this may be, but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar?
