a wild week for me with lots of changes and major moves & i am so amazed that i find myself doing deep breathing throughout the day. usually what would be another moment of anxiety or the dab pen (lol), i was taking intentional moments of real breath.
i am gravitating towards the more relaxing and calm breaths as they are needed and resonate the most. my lesson plan reflects this heavy.
