2025 Cohort weBreathe Facilitator Training

Public·9 members

Hi all….. looking forward to connecting this weekend in person :)

Still having issues with the technical universe uploading my videos but I can share what iv been experiencing and see if it resonates.

  • noticing my love for the slower paced breathing. I think the more dynamic breath is amazing however with the amount of energy I have in my being on a daily beside, I find slowing things down regenerates me by settling and grounding my energy.

  • LOVe breath holds and incorporating the banhas! Moving the energy up the spine. So good. I have touched on them for a couple years, the last one more regularly and feel it gives me a feeling of mastery over my breath and I turn my disposition. How I have control to choose how to respond to the challenges life offers. I have experienced a growth using these over tha past year in confidence and releasing fear and that feeling of “imposter syndrome”. This term yelled at me when Sierra mentioned that on our first Zoom.

  • loving curating breath work sessions. I never knew how they ran and after having experienced one full session I feel excited to share an entire session or at least at a more robust and impactful session to my movement and yoga guiding.

  • I’m still wondering about the exhales via the mouth. Is this to allow for a more complete release of Co2 and energy? I’m a super fan of nasal breathing but maybe the mouth release is just a challenge for me…. To explore.

Breathe on friends!

HEART warming up reading all of this <3 You're going to be such a wonderful guide, Meg.

I responded to your nose vs mouth comment below, but am curious to hear your cohort members experience.

We'll be sure to dive deeper into this ask and the modifications tomorrow :) For the Conscious Expansion journeys, the chemical exchange (while ovegroxyginating and depleting Co2) helps with the exploration, getting out of the thinking mind. Using the mouth assists you dive in at a higher frequency through the mouth for weRelease, but can be modified through the nose. I encourage using the nose for more control during sessions for those who are new to this technique as well as shorter sessions. BOTH are wonderful and preference/comfort will guide your journey. We definitely have less control when we're using the mouth, which can be challenging at times.
