Sierra, observing your practice, and intuitive way of guiding yourself at your conscious connected pace has been such a beautiful experience. This is wonderful! Thank you for honoring the ~ minute practice, with clear demonstration, at a pace that feels best for you. As we discussed, you and I will be tuning into reiki during the intensive portion of this specific weRelease practice for the time being and will revisit at a later date together. That said, this short demonstration shows how clearly you understand this technique.
