my brain still has trouble deciphering between welull and werelease unsure if it’s the dyslexia or what but I see that pattern for myself. I have been practicing my reiki on myself but mostly on my students who have all had profound experiences of relaxation and healing (yasss)!! i have been practicing welull so much especially in stressful situations or moments I need an extra boost of calm. i mix the breathwork in with somatics, visuals & reiki during my sessions so the playlist is a mix of mostly frequencies and when I do group sessions, I use the more engaging music for breaths xoxo
