I really enjoyed all of the breaths, but for the alternate nostril breath I found that I had a deeper release of emotion. While I was doing the alternating nostril breath, I had a very vivid visual flashback of my mom sitting with me in my bed as a child helping me with breathing exercises because I was having trouble sleeping. It allowed me a lot of emotion and release but also brought up a beautiful memory that I had suppressed. 🩷
