The meditations have been hitting differently! Ever since our in-person training, I’ve felt a big shift in energy and motivation to actually take action. I’m finally back to my daily meditations—no more excuses!


I’ve also been weaving Reiki into my daily routine more—using the symbols before and after sessions, while making cacao, and even before most meals as a little mindfulness check-in. I definitely want to set aside more time to practice with family and friends and get their feedback. I’ve been trying to “attune” and tune into my breath during Reiki, but I know I could be better about it—so appreciate the reminder!


As for my lesson plan, it’s getting there! Still need to lock in the music and practice my cues, but I’m feeling good about it. I’m actually working on a custom sound bowl track for my breath session, so I’m super excited to figure out how to make that happen on Spotify!
