This is WONDERFUL, Sera. You are IN IT. Your engagement is intentional: you can clearly see the diaphragm rising and falling. As you continue the practice, you'll notice less movement in your chest, with your breath going deeper into the lungs, expanding from the bottom to the sides and then to the top. As you keep practicing/training, you'll notice the non-dominant hand on your chest will hardly move, while the dominant hand on your belly expands more. Well done!
