I have some questions about pacing and if there’s ever a pace that’s too quick? So it’s more akin to hyperventilating that intentional breath work. Or is the intention and focus in the breath work what keeps one from hyperventilating? Also, as we transition up in pace or to another breath should we bridge with a WeBreathe or go right into a new , more dynamic breath? Like from WeLull to a WeRelease…

Thank you for bringing this up today Meg! I am excited for you to continue your practice and notice when the breath holds best serve you. Your pace is your guide- you control your stream so tune in! You’re getting yourself in a more heightened state at that level. Engaging in Movement, like wePurge, using the arms and/or the breath holds in each center (like Joe breath), FIRST, might regulate the pace of welull when you engage. Sounds like lots of energy wanting to move through you. Explore it and share with us what you find
