In our conscious expansion breathwork experiences, we incorporate weRelease (2-1 Conscious Expansion Breathing technique) assisting those who feel called to connect with a heightened state of consciousness. You will learn all four breathing techniques, assisting you to relax, release and enter what clients have shared "feels like years of healing in a flash." Supported by Reiki and Sound Htz, your breathwork experience will last approximately 1 hour followed by integration altered to your interpretation of your experience.
