weBreathe: Conscious Expansion Breathwork

Let's touch base before the holidays! In the 1.5 breathwork experiences, like this one, we incorporate weRelease (our 'holotropic technique') assisting those who feel called to connect with a heightened state of consciousness. You will learn all four breathing techniques, assisting you to relax, release and enter what clients have shared "feels like years of healing in a flash." Supported by Reiki and Sound Htz, your breathwork experience will last approximately 1 hour followed by integration altered to your interpretation of your experience. 

Whether you're skeptical of the "woo-woo", an advanced breathwork practitioner, or a beginner, you will leave this experience having explored a deeper sense of self. Come with an open mind an eye mask, yoga mat and a blanket/pillow if you'd like extra. All other materials will be provided.

We provide: Mats, Bolsters and Blankets
